Church Online Tip #21 – Take your Production Quality to 2.0

Today’s Church Online Tip is this:

Take your Production Quality to 2.0

You might have tried different things during COVID-19 as a church.

You might not have been Livestreaming before COVID, or you might have had one camera mounted in the back of the room that you streamed the service on Facebook with, or you might be at a church that is really intentional about the Online Experience.

Wherever you are on the journey, now is the time I want to encourage you to take it up one notch.

Just one step forward.

If you are a pastor using your iPhone streaming straight to Facebook:
  • Try adding a Worship component.
If your church is Livestreaming from the church:
  • Try adding videos.
  • Try adding another camera to the mix.
  • Try adding more lighting.
  • Try adding a host to your chat.

If you’re Pre-Recording your Service:
  • Try adding Lower Thirds – try animating them.
  • Try adding different videos to your edit.
  • Try adding some motion graphics transitions to your edit.
  • Try adding some creative flare to your experience.

I still believe start with what you have.

But you have. You have had to figure out a way to get online.

Now is the time to move to 2.0. Now is the time to take the next step with production quality.

So, my Church Online Tip for you today:

Take your Production Quality to 2.0
