A “revision” is any edit or change you would like to your project. In order to keep the base price down for our Custom Media Services, we offer one full round of edits to your content. This means one list of anything you’d like changed. After this one round, we’ll quote you based on the time our team will spend on any additional edits you would like.

If you’re just starting with us, don’t be afraid to ask if you need a project quickly. But, we like to have all your project details at least 3 weeks before your content will air at your church. This gives us the necessary time to produce higher quality content for you.

We typically like 2-3 weeks to produce Custom Graphics and Videos, but can turn your project around very quickly if you need it. We custom produce each project and our team will work with you to determine a deadline that will give our team ample time to produce quality content for you, and you plenty of time to air your content. We will make sure that you have your content days in advance of your Worship Experiences for preparation and rehearsals.

If you need additional Single Projects that are not in your List of Retainer items, you can order any Single Project from us and receive 10% off your order if you have a Retainer with us.

No problem! We allow 3 months of Rollover if you haven't used your content during your 6 or 12-month period. We don't have a "Use It or Lose It" Policy with Retainers - we want to work alongside you to make sure you get every project you've paid for.
