NRB Backstage Pass with Luke McElroy

For the last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving on the team that helps execute the National Religious Broadcaster’s Convention. I’ve gotten to meet and become friends with some great people in the industry. One person I’ve met through our podcast and then through NRB is Luke McElroy. We met several years ago and have become fast friends.

Luke also runs a creative community and an annual conference for the Church called SALT.

Luke’s team is hired by the NRB every year to produce all main sessions for the convention. They are in charge of the set, the lighting, the audio, the IMAG and the content that is played on screens during the show.

I had the opportunity to chat with Luke backstage this year. We talked about how his team organizes all assets and files for such a large gathering and how you can use those techniques in your church.
